Blooming Vietnamese Cuisine - Authentic Vietnamese Flavors in Cerritos, CA

I'm a regular here. It's my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the neighborhood. The noodles aren't too rich, and the prices are reasonable. The spring rolls are delicious. The owner manages the restaurant daily. The staff seems to be generous compared to the number of customers. They have a cute robot server. I love that robot delivering appetizers. They always have plenty of Sriracha sauce refills, which gives the impression of good management.

I stopped by this restaurant for lunch while visiting my cousin. The place was busy, but the wait was only about 15 minutes, which was quite reasonable given the lunchtime rush. Service: The staff were attentive and friendly, making the overall experience warm and welcoming. Food:
We started with the egg rolls as an appetizer. Normally, egg rolls tend to taste pretty similar—especially around Bolsa—but this was the first time we experienced such a unique flavor. What set them apart was the use of vermicelli in the filling. It gave the egg rolls a wonderfully crispy exterior while keeping the inside soft, juicy, and flavorful. We also ordered the seafood egg noodle and the grilled pork with white rice.
The seafood egg noodle was a standout dish. Even though this is a Vietnamese restaurant, the noodles had a strong resemblance to traditional Chinese-style egg noodles. The broth was rich and savory, with a hint of sweetness, and it was packed with fresh seafood including shrimp,imitation crab stick, squid, and scallops. The combination gave it depth and a comforting warmth that reminded me of a good Chinese noodle soup, which was a pleasant and delicious surprise. The grilled pork with white rice was equally impressive. The pork was marinated just right—savory with a touch of sweetness, and grilled to perfection with a nice char on the outside while remaining tender inside. It was served with a side of salad, pickled carrots and broth, creating a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Overall, the food was far more impressive than I initially expected—definitely a "don’t judge a book by its cover" kind of experience. I’ll absolutely be coming back for another bowl of those noodles!

I miss them!!!! Feel so normal to dine in outside. Yummy!!! Sharetea is a walk away so I went to order lol. The only place with many vegies for stir fry noodle.

Amazing food, appropriate wait, great atmosphere and decoration, they also have a fun little robot that delivers drinks to the table.

This Vietnamese Cuisine Restaurant is one of the best authentic restaurants in Cerritos area. I highly recommend anyone around this area to stop by and enjoy excellent food and excellent customer service. The Pho is very delicious and the food portions are worth the price...

Wanting to give another Vietnamese restaurant a try and ended up here from San Pedro. So it was quite a drive however well worth it. They have a pretty big menu and plenty of items to choose from. I got their 3 combination vermicelli bowl with egg rolls, grilled shrimp, and grilled pork, wife got their brisket pho, and our daughter got their BBQ pork soup with egg noodles, and a side of their signature spring rolls which came with peanut sauce for dipping. Their food here was quite delicious and quite the treat. Bloomings reminds me of 'Pho Crystal 3'(Carson City) and 'Pho Fula'(Fullerton OC). They have generous portions for the price and excellent tasting dishes. Bloomings was clean, organized, and excellent service. We will be coming back to try more items on the menu. There are so many other options, however you can only eat so much for your first visit.

Price is reasonable. Ordered the pork chop and always hits the spot. The egg rolls here are very good to must try. There's a little robot walking around delivering food pretty cool. Nice scenery. Would recommend friends and family here.
